Cancel or change your order
Need to cancel an order or update the shipping address, size, or items? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number (from your confirmation page or email).
1. Before your order ships
- We can usually cancel or change orders while status is Paid or Preparing.
- Email us through the Contact Us page with: order number, full name, and what you need changed.
- Check current status on Order Tracking.
2. After your order has shipped
- Once marked Shipped, we cannot cancel or edit the order.
- You may refuse delivery or follow our Return & Refund Policy after the package arrives.
3. What we need from you
- Order number (example:
ORD-20260721-A1B2C3) - Email used at checkout
- Cancel request or the exact change (address, size, quantity, etc.)
